We handle most of our support in our Forum. Chances are that if you’re having issues someone else has (or will have) as well. Create a new topic in the correct forum and we (and the community) will do our best to help.

Where do I find technical documentation

Depending on what kind of documentation you’re looking for there’s a few different sources:

  • GitHub: Contains documentation on how to get the source code running for each of our projects.
  • Wiki: Contains technical information such as protocols, architecture and various formats. Also contains hardware specific information such as schematics.

Shipping and logistics issues

If you’re order has international shipping please remember to always keep an eye on the tracking to make sure that customs clearance goes smoothly.

Hardware issues

My hardware was broken when I unpacked it

Our products are tested in production and come with a factory warranty. If they are damaged or not working properly when received we will replace them.

I accidentally broke my hardware

Accidents happen and sometimes hardware breaks. In order to get you back on track there’s a few places you can get help:

  • Spare parts: Our shop has multiple spare parts
  • Wiki: Our wiki contains schematics for all our products and for some of our products there’s also a list of spare electronic components
  • Forum: We handle most of our support in our forum. Chances are that if you’re having issues someone else has (or will have) as well. Create a new topic in the correct forum and we (and the community) will do our best to help
